Which countries are shipped to?

Today the shipment is made to

Delivery in Italy (excluding Livigno) and in the Republic of San Marino is always free.

To all other European countries the standard shipping cost is €15.00. For orders over €250.00 shipping is free.

Shipping times vary based on product availability. Due to the artisanal nature of the creations, delivery takes place 7 to 14 days from the order confirmation date. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

All orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, we will try to offer you a solution.

By selecting the "Cancel" option in your online profile, you can manually cancel the order: if the option is not visible, your order has probably already been shipped.

How can I make a return?

In light of what is indicated in Legislative Decree 21/2014, the consumer who has made a purchase on the marcogerbella.it website has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 10 days from delivery of the purchased good. The withdrawal may concern all the goods purchased or only part of the goods themselves.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, we invite you to contact Customer Care indicating the order number, desired day for collection, collection address and, if possible, reason for the return.
You will be refunded all payments you have made to us, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received at our warehouse.


You will receive your new product or your refund within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the Product at our Returns Office.

Return exclusions

The Customer who has purchased a custom-made product will not have the possibility to return it.

How can I take care of my product?

All Marco Gerbella Orafi jewels are made of 18K gold, certified and carefully selected stones as indicated by the guarantee certificate that accompanies each creation. They therefore do not require particular or special maintenance but only delicate care to preserve their brilliance. After wearing them, we recommend storing them in a clean, dry place away from heat sources.

What guarantees does my product have?

In the event that the product is damaged by the courier, you can send it back within 10 days of delivery. The product will be replaced free of charge. If the product is damaged, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs to our laboratory for possible repairs and collection.
